Harry Hofmeister was proud to be the auctioneer on November 29, where two farms off Tates Creek Rd. sold for over $1.2 million. They were owned by two generous sisters - Helen Aimerjean Traughber and Constance Ballard Dills. The money from this sale went to three charities; Shriners Hospitals for Children, Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children and Youth in Versailles.
